Safety and Support

InsideMind is a wellbeing platform, not an emergency service. Coaching on InsideMind is not therapy, counselling or medical care, and the journal and community are not monitored by clinicians.
If you are struggling and need to talk to someone, the services below are free, confidential and staffed by trained people. You do not need to be in crisis to use them.

If something in the app worries you
Report
You can report any post, comment or profile in the community using the Report option on it. We review every report and we will tell you what we decided.
Block
You can block another member at any time from their profile. They will not be told, and they will no longer see your posts or be able to contact you.
Someone else
If you are worried about another member's safety, report the post and add a note, or email us at the address below. We cannot contact emergency services on someone's behalf in another country, but we will act on what we can see and we will take it seriously.
A coach
Coaches on InsideMind are independent practitioners. If a coach says or does something that concerns you, use the Report option on their profile or email us. We will look into it.
Email us at contact@insidemind.co.uk. This inbox is checked during UK working hours and is not a crisis service. If you need help now, please use one of the numbers above.
Looking after yourself while you use InsideMind
The programme and the journal ask you to look closely at patterns, self-worth and what you have tolerated. That can bring up more than you expected. It is fine to stop, close the app and come back another day. If what comes up feels bigger than a programme can hold, that is not failure. It is information, and it usually means talking to a doctor, a therapist or one of the services above would help.
If a number on this page does not work, please tell us at contact@insidemind.co.uk.
